Bankruptcy
How do you know it's time to consider bankruptcy?
-
You're making minimum payments and sinking in interest rates.
-
You're finding yourself without any disposable income every month.
-
You're unable to pay down your debts.
-
Your expenses are more than your income.
-
You're considering credit consolidation (talk to an attorney before you go this route).
Children's Representation
Child Focused
We specialize in representing children involved in litigation. Whether the children are involved in the break up of the family, removed from the home as foster children, or are involved in the juvenile delinquency system, our firm stays focused on the child's best interests.
We have a contract with Colorado's Office of the Child's Representative to provide legal services to children.

Appeals
When you've had an adverse ruling, one remedy is to request the court of appeals to review the trial court's decision. We have extensive experience in appellate courtrooms advocating against adverse rulings and defending trial court rulings on a variety of issues from domestic relations, dependency and neglect, parentage, and governmental immunity.

Mediation
Our mediation prioritizes trauma informed understanding to achieve resolution. We are here to guide you through court required mediation, and other challenging situations, with professionalism and compassion. We believe most parties can find common ground to settle their disputes without litigation.
